An air fryer features a top-mounted oven unit that allows you to set the cooking time and temperature. Temperature regulation is achieved through an NTC thermistor, whose resistance decreases as the temperature rises. Because air fryers operate at relatively high temperatures, precise temperature control is essential. If the temperature exceeds the preset limit, the power is automatically cut off to prevent accidents.
