In everyday life, solar water heaters and electric water heaters have gradually replaced gas‑powered ones. As everyone knows, solar water heaters harness solar energy; they operate by converting sunlight into heat to raise water from low to high temperatures, meeting the needs of both household and industrial applications. Their energy source is clean and renewable, making them safe and reliable for use.

Its constituent components include a collector (which harnesses solar radiation to generate heat), an insulated storage tank (which stores the hot water collected by the collector tubes to prevent heat loss), a support structure (a frame that holds the storage tank and collector; typically made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or powder‑coated steel), connecting pipes, and control devices. A solar water heater first fills the storage tank with cold water, then uses the collector to transfer heat to the insulated storage tank.

 

An NTC temperature sensor is an instrument designed to monitor and regulate temperature. With an NTC in place, you can rest assured that temperature-related incidents or other adverse effects will be prevented. When the temperature deviates from the norm, the system issues an alert; if it exceeds the set threshold, it automatically shuts off to stop heating.

Wire materials (length customizable): Teflon cable, PVC cable, silicone cable, TPE cable, and XL-PE cable.
