Typically, built-in ovens use NTC temperature sensors because precise temperature control is essential for ensuring optimal food quality.

NTC temperature sensor.

Temperature sensors, which use NTC thermistors as their core components and are configured in various package styles, are widely employed for temperature sensing, temperature compensation, and temperature control in a broad range of circuits. In these circuits, they serve a pivotal role by converting temperature variations into the desired electrical signals.

In the prior art, most temperature sensors are sealed using heat-shrink tubing; however, under high-temperature conditions, Temperature sensor During operation, heat-shrink tubing can easily soften and become damaged, allowing moisture to readily penetrate. NTC thermistor , which severely compromises the accuracy of thermistors. They also exhibit poor aging resistance and inadequate water resistance, making it difficult for them to meet the demands of prolonged operation in harsh outdoor environments.

Huizhou Jin Yuan Xiang Electronic Co., Ltd. When using an oven, please note the following:

When the electric oven heater is powered on, it takes several minutes for the heating element’s surface to reach its normal operating temperature. The oven features a delayed‑cooling function; to prevent the heating elements from overheating or “dry‑burning,” do not disconnect the power immediately after baking is finished. Allow the oven to cool down for a specified period before turning off the power, and then proceed with cleaning to avoid burns.

If you need to quickly cool the oven down so it can be used again, open the oven door to allow it to vent. With smart ovens, take special care: fully open the door—never leave it partially open to dissipate heat—because doing so can cause hot air to rush upward and damage the control board at the top of the oven, thereby shortening its service life.
