In lithium battery systems, temperature monitoring is an indispensable component. By using an external temperature sensor to continuously track the battery’s ambient temperature, we can design a program for NTC thermistors. This helps us develop NTC thermistor applications that incorporate temperature sensing, allowing us to select appropriate temperature ranges for specific applications and choose suitable components for battery sensor systems. Here, we have selected a 6–4-point ring temperature sensor (Figure 1), which enables us to obtain accurate real-time temperature readings via the NTC thermistor.
